What we look for in every applicant
We apply the same written criteria to every applicant, in the order applications reach us, in accordance with all federal, state, and local fair housing laws.
Prequalification required before showings. For the safety of our employees and to ensure all candidates are serious, private showings are conducted only after an applicant has been prequalified. You are welcome to browse properties on our website and drive through the community at any time.
