For the safety of our employees and to ensure all candidates are serious, private showings are conducted only after prequalification. You are welcome to view properties on our website and drive through the community at any time.

Qualification Criteria

We apply the same written criteria to every applicant, in the order applications reach us. All applicants must meet the following:

• ✓ Credit reviewed; no single cut-off score
• ✓ Verifiable income for your share of the rent, from any lawful source
• ✓ Income documents: pay stubs, benefit or award letters, tax returns
• ✓ Credit, criminal, and sex offender background checks
• ✓ Personal and professional references required
• ✓ All occupants 18+ must apply individually
• ✓ Max occupancy per unit set by VA Health Dept. guidelines
• ✓ Pet-free community (service/assistance animals accommodated per law)

Code § 36-96.1 et seq.). Housing vouchers and other lawful sources of funds are accepted.
